MEET DR. MARA CANIZZARO

Dr. Mara Canizzaro studied Theology at Harvard and went on to become a Doctor of Chinese Medicine. We knew we had to create something special together when our weekly catch-up dates over wine and cheese ended with us pulling out whiteboards and scribbling down idea after idea. The synergy of purpose, complementary skill sets, and deep bond for each other started to take on a life of its own on those dinner dates, culminating as Talisman. October 2021 we will launch the first issue of our lifestyle newsletter with taste-making content. This includes local up-and-coming entrepreneurial trends and discoveries, unique promotions on curated products and experiences, and investment opportunities for women-run start-ups.
